The staff were fabulous and the position was ideal! The breakfast was freshly prepared, with plenty of pastries, eggs and toast. The bed was comfy, and the room was generally comfortable. The service in the property was great too. Complimentary drinks, premium wifi were a nice surprise. Spotless and flawless hotel in Brussels Centre district.

It was a such wonderful experience in a classy hotel. Friendly check-in, spacious bed. Historic location relatively close to a book museum. I got free upgrade and liked it. The stuff were highly professional and easygoing too.

Magnificent location, good bed and, of course, lovely staff. The breakfast was savoury, with a great selection of food. I liked the fact that it was a 5-minute walk from the subway. Service was superb too. The stay at this impecable hotel was a fine one.

Well, the bathroom was cold and Wi-Fi signal was not good.
